Overview

Bahrain EWA’s Energy Efficiency certification applies to electrical equipment and appliances like Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, Refrigerators, lights and TVs. We will assist you to do applications for EED certifications after assessing the necessity for the certification from a regulatory requirement angle or marketing and sales point of view. Every country has different standards as in the case of US - Energy Star Rating, Bahrain has its own regulations. It is mandatory to do registration of air-conditioners for energy labelling & MEPS (Under “Regulation on Energy Labelling and Minimum Energy Performance requirements for Air-conditioners”), by following the guidelines set by the authority, by submitting Star label.

In order to avoid any conflict of interest, we strictly restrict our support to Regulatory Compliance Certifications only and helps our clients secure DWLFM or TRA Type Approval in Bahrain. We are not associated with any specific laboratory for Testing. Our scope of work is restricted to Local Representation for our highly esteemed clients only.
